Shipping Guidelines & Information

All in-stock items ship from our warehouses

We try to ship in-stock orders within 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, transit times via UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS and Saver are as follows:

* Shipments to the West Coast: approximately 1-2 business days

* Shipments to the Mid West: approximately 2-4 business days

* Shipments to the East Coast: approximately 3-5 business days

* UPS: we offer ground and expedited service based on negotiated UPS rates.

* FedEx: we offer ground and expedited service based on negotiated FedEx rates. Please note that FedEx may require a signature for orders above $500.

* USPS: we offer First Class and Priority Mail services based on realtime USPS rates. This is the best option for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We also offer expedited shipping methods for most in-stock items that can be shipped via FedEx and USPS.

Note shipping times listed or are verbally given on the phone are estimates only. Chic Chill does not guarantee any exact shipping time.

During holiday seasons, transit time may be longer. Orders may not be canceled or refused due to extended transit schedules. for the best results, if you have a (birthday, holiday gift, etc) always order far enough in advance.

In the unlikely Event of Freight Damage:

Before we ship any orders from our facility, we inspect all merchandise. Therefore, you can be certain that your order was in perfect condition before it was released to the carrier.

At the time of delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting both the packaging and the merchandise.

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS: If your order arrives with damage, you must report the damage within seven (7) days of receipt. In most cases, we will request a picture of the outside packaging and the damaged merchandise prior to replacement of the damaged merchandise

Our Return Policy

Returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are only available via USPS, UPS, Fed-ExExtended Holiday Returns: Items purchased from November 1 through December 20 can be returned through January 15. When shipping a return by mail, please follow these guidelines:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include tag hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories and dust bags.

Each item must be returned to a specific Chic Chill location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package. Email sales@chic-chill.com to request a return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items are listed as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return and will not appear in your eligible items for return. We let you know when an item is final sale by noting it in the item’s description and it may also be noted on your packing slip.

Refund Options

We offer two refund options for returnable merchandise:

You can select to return for merchandise credit and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)

You can select to return for a refund to original form of payment and pay a $9.99 return shipping fee.
